Cesar Soto is an American guitarist from Texas who loves to push the boundaries. A seasoned touring and session guitarist, Cesar is now a part of the legendary band Ministry.

The No.1 is definitely my main for most of the set, although the Ghoul Screamer I use on some of the older songs. The main thing I love about the No.1 is how harmonically in tune it is, from pinch harmonics to feedback harmonics. Usually I have to tune an OD for that specific stage each night and stand in a certain spot to get my feedback harmonics, but the No.1 was on point with the same settings on 2 different stages not having to stand in one particular spot.
